Two complementary curving and sloping “walls” surround a granite walk that carries visitors through a plaza – as if into a whirlwind – swept up in history.  Rising from East to West, the Northern “wall” is a 90-foot-long bronze sculptural statement that rises from three (3) feet to 7.5 feet in height.
